[ga] Florida Real Estate Broker License Course in NJ

The North Jersey Regional Chamber of Commerce will offer a qualifying, pre-licensing course for a Florida Real Estate Broker License right here in New Jersey. You do not have to have an office in Florida or be a Florida resident to become a Florida broker!

The course will be offered at Berkeley College in West Paterson, New Jersey on October 28 to November 2, with the pre-qualifying exam held at the Chamber office on Sunday, November 3. It is open to anyone with an active sales or broker license that has been active for a minimum of 12 months within the last five years.

Instruction will be provided through the All-Florida Real Estate School. Daniel J. Taddeo, PA, an instructor with the school and the owner of his own residential real estate firm has offered this program in other states, but this is the first time it is being taught in North Jersey.

Our brochure provides further details about the course, which provides a unique opportunity to become a Florida broker without leaving New Jersey. If you would like the brochure e-mailed or faxed to you, reply to this e-mail with your intentions and information.

Sincerely,

Gloria Martini, President

North Jersey Regional Chamber of Commerce

1033 Route 46 East, Suite A103
