Eric and all stakeholders or other interested parties and members,
Well Eric, don't hold you breath in seeing such written authorization
or even a Panel vote on this crap. But I would hold my nose if I were
you.
In my opinion, Hans has done this organization a great disservice
in making such an announcement without the approval and vote of the
members, and the Panel.
