members,

  No Hans, I think it is clear that Jamie has it spot on.  Hence you are
as the now third registrant of ICANNATLARGE.ORG in as many weeks,
acting purely as you dam well see fit and with our the before knowledge
or approval of the WG-WEB members, Panel vote, or the members.
The archives of both the Panel list and the Discuss list prove this out
pretty clearly...
