  Thank you for forwarding this along.  I had been hearing from
certain congressmen that this was under serious consideration
several months ago through our staff in D.C., so this vote comes
as nor great surprise to me.  I guess now we can start forwarding along
some of ICANN's RIR's hackers to the appropriate authorities...
