Ted and all,

  It is clear that the DNSO General Assembly is not to continue
or is at least not mentioned in Section 5 of any other section
as continuing.  This of course comes as not surprise to many
I am sure.  It is however a shame and yet another example of
how unethical and unresponsive the ICANN Boad and staff
are as well as no fulfilling their obligations under the
MoU and White Paper...
