URGENT REQUEST FOR ASSISTANCE

It is with heart full of hope that I write to seek
your candid help in the context below.
I DR.JOHN OKON, was the Chairman of Contract Award
Board for Federal Ministry of Works that awarded
contracts to many foreign firms between 1995 to May
1999 during the regime of General Sanni Abacha and
Abdulsalami Abubakar. I have no doubt that you will
receive into any of your nominated bank account for
me for safety, the sum of US$55.500,000.00 (Fifty-five
Million, Five Hundred Thousand United States
Dollars), accrued to me as a result of over invoicing and
inflated contract values. This money is currently
being kept in a trusted coded account with Central
Bank of Nigeria with the consent of the Deputy
Governor Foreign Operations and Director of
International Remittance.

The new Democratic Government had on assumption to
office, set up a panel of Enquiry to probe my
financial capacity. Apart from being incarcerated
for a period of more than 12 months. I was indicted and
to refund N450,000,000.00 (Four Hundred and Fifty
Million Naira) to the Federal Government, all my properties
and business outfits have been confiscated. They
(Government) have placed foreign travel embargo on
me till further notice. They (Government) have done all
these to me because I'm from minority States (Oil
Producing States) and I campaigned for adequate
compensation to Oil Producing States for damages
done to their environment by Oil Companies. The situation
is so terrible that my family and I now virtually
live on charity of friends and well wishers. The only
last hope in my life is this money, which is the subject
of this letter. And in view of this my stubborn
situation, I therefore need a trustworthy friend,
and a friend indeed and in need, who will be kind enough
to respond to this distress call, to save me and my
entire family from further hopelessness.

Should you provide your Bank Account for this
transaction, I have agreed to compensate you with
30% of the total sum when finally received into your
Bank Account, 10% will be set aside for all expenses both
local and foreign.

Secondly, as soon as I am sure that this money is in
your custody, I will use my own portion for
investment in your country. Therefore source for me a lucrative
investment, either as joint venture or full
holdings.

And all documents to transfer this money will be
processed with your name or your company's name as
the rightful owner.
