Agreed that security is more preferable.  However such a preference
should not predicate, nor is it necessary to predicate ease of transfer..."

Dot Orgs new masters must somehow be restrained from using a very good
point like the one raised here and creating a spin upon it so that they
can restrict transfers like we have witnessed in dot Com.
