[ga-roots] Retraction: NEW.NET *does* (or did) use a root of its own
Seems new.net is not telling the truth. I fell for their story in an
earlier message. Their website speaks differently:
http://www.new.net/help_isp_info.tp
suggests they did or still do run their own root, and that ISPs could
or can chose either the method described by new.net in an earlier
post, or one that uses a true alt root.
