Would one of you later day genius' explain the ramifications to us plebes.  The
way I read it sounds great, like even if someone really messes up someone else
can come and clean it up. (hell, after Walsh's comments today I am still trying
to prove the existance of an IPV6 - I know 8s exist and that APNIC wants to
charge extra for 6s and that folks using the different methods actually are
faster in resolution)
