There are cases, where you need to fight fire with fire.
The whole debate is IMHO a bit off-point:
You are discussing, whether the Titanic is unsinkable while it hit already
the iceberg.
IMHO, you'd rather design your defences (and attack might be a good one),
then to debate whether you are right or left - ahem, sorry: wrong.
Or do you consider New.net and its access to all those ISPs as not significant?
