[ga-roots] CORRECTION "something more substantial"

Please make this correction to my previous post.
The words "of Uruguay at" were accidentally
omitted from the fourth paragraph.
The sentence should properly read:
"... in the Supreme Court of Uruguay at Montevideo ...".
