Eric and all,
This is and execellent suggestion Eric! Well done! It is one that was
not too long ago suggested before in a somewhat different format.
Harald at the time, rejected such a suggestion out of hand however.
Lets hope that this time there will be some interest and due consideration
for this suggestion...
I therefore make a first motion to this suggestion a la Earl Heathers
post on the GA list:
Motion:
Only members of this list, by list vote, should make the final decision,
not the moderators as to sanctions, if any toward or against any
list member regarding violation of the current rules or any future
change in rules proposed.
