You make a strong case, I won't deny it.
For a larger group I'd say that your proposal is the only sane way it
could be done, with a free flowing debate/discussion going along side
it as well of course. I'm just not sure it is right for the GA.
As you note, we're an odd group.
I'm reserving judgement for the moment.
