Well Joop you are basically right what can we say, even Corliss threatened to
tank today, and we have to replace all of those who left. Think how much more
they would like thier position if they were Joanna's buddy's.
Like all you guys and gals are for me. you slow me down and help me catch my
breath and quietly explain anothers walk in life and it works out. I think my
mentors make me more effective not less. Mentoring and buddies is good, other
is bad. We have even worked some unrequested mentoring on one of our members
who did not want it.
