Then the posting limits (which are ENTIRELY discretionary) should not
be sanctionable violations at all.
The list server software should be configured to reject any post from
the same sender over 5 within a 24 hour period.
It must be remembered, the posting limit option provided to the Chair
in the rules is meant to gain control over out of control posting.
What he has illustrated in his post does not constitute out of control
posting.
If fact, I think the most appropriate action at this time is for the
Chair to lift ALL posting limits.
