[ga-rules] Pending Suspension

Dear Mr. Svensson,

In order to bring the GA and ICANN into compliance with WTO and UN
International Standards would you be so kind as to publish and make open
and transparent my pending suspension from posting rights on the GA list
with rules.  It would seem hypocritical that the world require China to
remain open and transparent in their dealings with radicals and yet we
would allow You and Mr. W---- to discuss my suspension of freedom of
speech and expression behind closed doors.  I suppose freedom of
assembly belongs somewhere in the mix.

If I am wrong and you are not considering such action against me as
privately suggested by a third party I apologize but leave my request
for openness and transparency intact.  Let us build an Internation
together with hopes that all may participate.
