Yes, and you can't prove the aliens didn't land in Roswell.

But that doesn't make it true.

Echelon is quite clearly a project of the NSA.  The NSA's targets are
foreign, not domestic.  Conspiracy theorists can say that there is no
proof of that, and that they can just as easily turn it on us without
us knowing.

But of course, they could also have killed Kennedy and setup Oswald,
or killed Elvis and made it look like an overdose.

And you can't prove they didn't.

So that makes anyone saying that Elvis died from an overdose as making
"statements not based in fact."

Spare me.

Chase black helicopters somewhere else.
