[ga-sys] Re: (Fwd) Re: [ga] GA/DNSO Funding Issues

Dear Leah,

I would like to make certain on two points here;

1. No it is not ICANN's job to provide computers and connectivity to
everyone on earth. But it should be their/our job to make sure there are
no barriers to that occurring, and that connectivity is not monopolized
into a cartel of providers.
2. Open and Transparent does not require that we serve on a sliver
platter all meetings and forums, it simply requires once again that we
make no unnecessary barriers.

When borders come crashing up and we are all joined by the ability to
openly and freely exchange ideas in one internation then all of the BoD
seats will be filled by true representatives.
