Bill and all,

  Good point here Bill.  It seems to me that SRS could use some improvement
in which when someone registers a domain Name that is close is some way
to a TM's already registered Domain Name a warning message could be
generated to the registrant and he/she/it is again prompted to ask them
if they are sure they wish to register this Domain Name anyway.

  Of course we [INEGroup] suggested this some time ago when the
Test period for SRS was underway.  Methinks it was ignored....
Now it is past time to figure ways to clean up the mess...
