Dear former member of the discuss@dnso.org list,

The public provisional NC held in San Jose on June 25th 1999,
decided to close the discuss@dnso.org list and replace it
by the ga@dnso.org -- the list name shall reflect its purposes.

The ga@dnso.org list is established for the General Assembly
of the DNSO.

The archives of the discuss@dnso.org remain on line.

The www.dnso.org will be updated this weekend.
