IMHO,

all working groups should be easly joinable with out permsiion from
anyone. this is how the IETF works and i can see no reason why the DNSO
should be any different. I requested to joing wg-c last week and have herd
*nothing* back. this is unacceptable

Working group names should be clear and convey some meaning, wg-[a-z]
carries no meaning whatso ever and when refrenced in communications it 
is unclear and confusing.

when chartering new working groups please requre the chrter writers to
come up with a meaningful name and or acrynm and use the name and/or
acrynm in the mailing list name.
