Mr. Pimienta and all,
It seems that Mr. Pimienta is having a problem distinguishing the difference
between NONCOMMERCIAL and Non-Profit with this application. It
is inconceivable to myself and the INEGroup that FUNREDES could be
considered a NONCOMMERCIAL enterprise. For instance several
of the services that they perform, although laudable, seem unlikely to
be performed on a gratis basis:
