It is not the place for the so-called secretary of the DNSO to be
deciding, or even commenting on, the voting procedure to be used for
electing DNSO board members. Furthermore, Ms. Porteneuve has
apparently been told by Javier Sola or Ken Stubbs, or perhaps David
Maher, or another of the CORE/ISOC people she takes her orders from,
to denigrate STV precisely because it is fair, and they don't want
fairly-elected DNSO board members. They want their own DNSO board
members. Elizabeth Porteneuve is simply carrying out their will.
