Is the term "registries" in the factsheet referring to new
gTLD
registries... or (this will really put the fox in the henhouse) old
ccTLD registries?
For the moment it applies to ccTLDs who are now
contractually treated as co-equals to gTLDs. In
the future, it could also apply to additional
gTLDs or whatever else anyone wants to cook up.
