If  I can  volunteer, could ICANN volunteer also?

How much of the $1.00 domain tax could the DNSO justify receiving?

Are individuals and small businesses truly better served with an Internet
Governance plan for the purse to be controlled by entities in possession of
surplus resources, rather than with a plan, to fill the purse through  fair
taxation, and to yield control of both purse and tax to duly elected
representatives?

Oh my Yes: I hate taxes too.  But, there is more to it than emotions.
