[ga] GA archives moved, NC archives still locked

Ok.  Apparently, they moved the GA archives and didn't correct the link
on that page.  If you go to the "Archives at a glance" page, the GA
archives are there, and current.

However, the NC archives from 10/9-10/23 are locked.  It's generating
an "access forbidden" error.  When are these archives going to be 
unlocked?  I'm sure a few people would like to read over what happened
before they have to leave for LA.

Or is that the intent?
