After reading today all those e-mails regarding this issue, I have reached
to the same conclusion.

The fact is that we don't have rules that give us (members of the list) to
eject the ones that use the list for illegal uses.  Maybe we should draft
something as "Terms of Conditions" (I think that ISOC has a good model of
it to suscribe to ISTF list).  Such Terms of Conditions has to be accepted
by the people who wants to be suscribed to the list before being
suscribed.  This measure, at least will give the members the rights to
eject people doing illegal acts and even using nasty language.
