1. General information about the DNSO General Assembly

   A member of the DNSO GA is any natural person who is interested
   in Internet domain names issues, and is:
        subscribed to the GA-ga or GA-announce lists;
        subscribed to a working group list; or
        a Names Council member; or
        a member of a DNSO Constituency.
   The ga@dnso.org is the DNSO General Assembly main mailing list.
   The announce@dnso.org is the DNSO Announcements mailing list.
   Both lists are open for subscription, and are managed by majordomo
   software.
   The ga@dnso.org is restricted to its membership, any member may
   write to it provided he/she respects its rules.
   The announce@dnso.org is restricted to announcements related
   to the DNSO, only the DNSO Secretariat may write to it.

2. Information about GA-ga list

* The ga@dnso.org list contact address is ga-listadmin@dnso.org

* To unsubscribe from the ga@dnso.org send an e-mail 
  to majordomo@dnso.org with the words "unsubscribe ga" 
  in the body of the message (without double quotes)

* The policy for posting (sent at the time of subscription to
  every new member of the ga@dnso.org list) is:
     --Limit comments to those related to the topic of the DNSO.
     --Consider this list precious, and take care of it.
     --Consider time necessary to read all comments, especially
       for non native English speakers.
     --Respect other participants, do not insult anybody.
     --Do not cross-post messages.
     --Do not post advertisements.

* The filtering of well known lists is set for ga@dnso.org
  (not cross-post rule)

* The number of members currently barred from posting to 
  ga@dnso.org is 3

* The number of e-mail addresses commented out by the DNSO Secretariat
  in two main lists is:
