I say the nex as a GA member:

There has been a lot of talk in how to nominate, who, when and where.
Now is time to do nominations.
I call you to do the nominations, even if you want to present just a few...

Remenber: 
THIS FRIDAY (3 Dec) ends the nomination's time... so...

..this is a humble call to all of you that are able to do nominations.
After the nomination time there will be an "endorsement" time... but first we
NEED the nominations.
