In the interest of putting an end to these shenanigans, I withdraw
my preivous conditions for submitting my driver's license.  I'll be
happy to do it immediately on request.

(A fax will have to suffice during working hours today, as the only
scanner I have access to it at home.)

I just ask that the conditions I listed be considered in the future.
