David Mikael and all DNSO'ers,

  I would invite Mr. Pawlo for a legal definition of spamm.  Can you sir,
provide a globally and legally accepted definition?  I gander a guess,
that you cannot, as ever the Untied States Commerce commission
has not been able to do so either, along with many other countries
legal authority's.
