  Hi, my name is James Touton.  I have just subscribed to this list.
I am the a part of the Legal and policy advisory council for
INEGRoup.

  I reside in Renner Texas.  I am 52 years young.  :)
I have been active in internet affairs fro a technician and
legal policy starting about 1986.

  I hope that I can partake and participate equally, and with
the consideration of all on this mailing list.
