Totalnic.net (the sole CORE registrar in Australia) has a transfer form on
its Web site.

If your intention is to move americascup.com outside US legal jurisdiction,
you are unlikely to be successful.  Even if the court were to permit the
domain to be transferred while it is the subject of litigation, it would
(like all .com/.net/.org domains) remain within the US-based NSI registry.

Does anyone know a CORE related service who will do that??? i.e. in
Australia etc.
