An individual pays for a domain name. Some entrepreneur starts up some
company somewhere, and then attempts to register every possible variation
he can think of. Entrepreneur discovers individual's (probably not)
infringing name.
Entrepreneur starts trying to figure out ways to get domain name away
from individual, even though individual is using it in a non-commercial,
non-competitive manner, and has made no motion to sell the domain.
Entrepreneur enacts WIPO dispute process or UDRP.
Individual, unable to afford to defend rights to domain name under
these and similar arrangements which are biased towards commerical
interests, is forced to surrender name.
Now, what was this about fairness?
