There is absolutly nothing fraudulent with them. And if Icann or you
would like to test the waters by sueing me - then good luck, and I assure
you i'll use it to put icann on the map.
Everyone know's who's forging the headers. I make it very clear - I am
Joe Baptista. Unlike the DNSO listadmin who censors and hides herself and
her reasons, I'm only taking advantage of the situation.

It would work. There might be some PR in it too.

Getting rid of censorship might work better. And let people decide what
to filter. Of course ICANN has alot of money now for programming so your
advice may be the recommended approach.
Taking control is the business of ICANN. It's not my department.
