It has been asked "what rules are capable of addressing those specific problems ?"...
The easy ones:
1) Lets set up a new list. Taking care that the whois or other tools are not able to extract the whole list of members
or participants. In this way the "CC" or "BCC" techniques will be avoided.
2) Lets set up a PGP authentication method. In this way we can be sure that the message come from the person.
3) We have a GA with one "body" or "power": Executive body in charge of the President Roberto Gaetano.
What we lack is the other 2 "bodies" or "powers" : the legislative power (a small group of people in charge of
setting the rules for become a member, for banning people, for avoiding silly discussions or whatever) and the
"judicial" (judgind? sp!) body or "power"... other small group in charge of evaluating if someone or something
has not follow the rules and need some punishment. Nothing new on this third point, just common sense.
