No, we're too busy quarreling about how to quarrel properly :-)

seriously, the complainants seem almost universally to have adopted the US 
cybersquatting law instead of the ICANN procedure; there is still only one 
such dispute on the list.

 From Jan 3, it will apply to all domain names under .com .net .org is what 
I read from the implementation schedule.
