Two post limit is a form of debate limit.
Position papers are equivalent to limiting debate. Read the definition if
you don't believe me.
The vote just taken is a roll-call vote, plain and simple. The only thing
that was missing was the chair calling the names.
The vote for chair was too, in essence, though sloppy.
The motions for extending deadlines were just that.
