[ga] More UDRP Proceedings

Five new UDRP proceedings have been listed at
http://www.icann.org/udrp/proceedings-list.htm in the past few days, for a
total of six.  The domain names involved are musicweb.com,
americanvintage.com, buyerschoice.com, icqsms.com, and telstra.org.  The
decisions in some of these cases should give more indication of how the UDRP
will be applied in practice than the one in the first case, which appears to
be a clear trademark infringement.

The WIPO's Pending Cases page at
http://arbiter.wipo.int/domains/pending/index.html projects a decision date
of this coming Monday in the original proceeding.
