Joe and all,

  I agree the NCDNHC folks in positions of responsibility should move to
address this situation as quickly as possible to avoid becoming and accessory
after the fact, as should the DNSO Chair and Co-Chair.  The proper action
to take here is to report this activity to the proper authorities.
