Joe and all,

  Well I do believe that Elisabeth owes me, yourself, David, Bob, and
James an apology at least as well as all the members of this list in general.
I do not expect to get one myself though form her.  But I felt for me to do
so in this instance both prudent and reasonable, as well as the RIGHT
thing to do.
