Joop - i don't think you get it.  Some people - including the blind use a
text only interface - in this case lynx is an excellent solution.

now one way to fix the problem is to simply supply and alt statement to
the image tag.  That should fix the problem and make the idno polling
booth compatible with the blind, a much better solution then switching to
netscape, which some third world computers don't even run.
