  And your "Quote" (See above) is in effect making those that have participated

on the DNSO GA mailing list effectively not part of the DNSO General
Assembly and therefore cannot participate electronically, as a medium of
communication, a decision making body.  That is in effect saying that there
is NO DNSO "General Assembly".  Ludicrous!

  List rules as you say should no prejudge anything.  The DNSO GA list
must remain a medium for communications of the DNSO General Assembly
or the DNSO Membership.  As such it should and can effectively be a
medium for decisions making, debate, and discussion of DNS related issues.
