Re: [ga] no matter may pass out of the DNSO without the explicit approval of the ga



Mark and all,

  All good worthwhile suggestions.  I will bring this up tomorrow before
our members for their serious consideration.  I would add a caveat of the
following:

  Mr. Gaetano has no place to expressly mandate anything as he is
not a legitimate Chair due to the very SELECTIVE CENSORSHIP
that has been actively practiced.  That not just Karl Auerbach should be
determined to this suggestion.  That it is already well known that
SELECTIVE CENSORSHIP has occurred and what remedies to correct
this form of disenfranchising from the pNC, DNSO GA list admin., and
the illegitimate NC and additional ICANN Board members.
