That's not ICANN's address for service of process.  That address is

	818 West Seventh St
	Los Angeles, CA  90017

This information is available via the web pages of the California
Secretary of State http://www.ss.ca.gov/ and a bit of digging into "public
records".

Regarding public records, has anyone seen ICANN's IRS forms 1023 or
990(s)?
