Fully agree. In this small group identification to eliminate multiple
voting will only be an issue for one or two challengeable identities.
And even *if* one notorious participant would manage to get 3 votes, if
there are 150 enrollees, it's not going to skew the results significantly.
Only when the voting gets marginal, the identity question needs to get more
attention.
In the meantime, let's keep it simple.
