Patrick and all DNSO'ers,

  You are correct of course here Patrick.  Anarchy often finds
its root causes in this sort of practice.  If allowed to continue,
further responses of varying types usually result causing harm
to those in which this sort of thing is imposed on.  Those
responses can be quite sevear and harming in various ways.

  This illistrates clearly to many why independant oversight
should be present or that independant determination is
more viable and constructive.

  So in conclusion, I am failing to see how such methods are
benificial to the DNSO, ICANN or the stakeholder.
