You're the one who insinuated that he represented NSF. You're
the one with the claim to back up, not me.
So, either:
1. Clarify that you are not claiming that he represented
the NSF on the IAHC
or
2. Provide the precise citation that Strawn represented
NSF on the IAHC.
In the absence of a citation, #1 must be presumed.
