He's unable to send mail to the GA list. That's the strongest remedy available.

If you have text that you want the group to adopt instead of the rules
given in http://www.dnso.org/clubpublic/ga/Arc03/msg00447.html, please
propose that text, rather than making vague statements about "accusations".

Propose text. I happen to think that the current text works.
NOTE: The chairs intend to hold a vote on the list rules as soon as we have
a set of voting rules that we can conduct the vote according to.
At that time, alternate proposals are in order.
