The NC Task Force is at work, I am part of it.
The deadline for comments on the initial document is today.

The July 25 deadline was for Constituencies to appoint people.
This was done.

Indeed we are running late, but this is due mostly to the fact that a 
lot of people went on vacation between Yokohama and now, and of course 
not everybody at the same time.
Ken is trying his best to make sure that now, in Mid August, things will
 progress.
As I told you in the opening line, this is what is already happening.

For what purpose?
The motion has been voted and obtained consensus in Yokohama, was 
presented to the NC on the same day, who received it and took immediate 
action.
